In this season of thankfulness, we are thankful for a trustworthy person who really cares about doing a great job.  Too bad 10 stars are not an option.  What a great company!  Chris is a breath of fresh air and has a great personality. He really wanted to make sure he covered all of our concerns with getting a new heating and cooling system for our home. Gives me such piece of mind to have such a trustworthy HVAC company to call when needed! It's easy to understand how Rt 19 Heating and Air Conditioning has so many 5 star ratings.  After troubleshooting our furnace a bit and finding it had difficult to locate parts (and honestly not sure if the part was bad) we decided to call an expert.  Chris was available the SAME DAY!  Since we had done a little troubleshooting it was great that Chris let us watch what he was doing and explained things on the way.  I absolutely love to support LOCAL BUSINESSES. Chris is punctual and polite and is always mindful of the customer. He was thorough and good about explaining what he did - not in a rush to get off to his next job as some service people can make you feel. In the past he installed our replacement heat exchanger and did a great and timely job, and discovered a problem that a previous routine service call had overlooked. Called Route 19 Heating and Air to replace a broken thermostat. Chris came out that same afternoon showed us options and took care of it while explaining all the details. Excellent service very detailed explained everything he was doing. It was a pleasure to have the best of the best work in my home. They cleaned everything up took all the trash my home looked better after they left then before they got hear. Will definitely use them again D
